    We are searching for a Junior Business Administrator to work full time in Totnes. This is an excellent career opportunity for you to be trained to become an effective team member and an efficient administrator. Working in an exciting and established training business you will be involved in all aspects of the operations. The Business provides professional accredited training on how to Invest in Property with prestigious seminars, workshops and courses being run across the UK every week.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Learning about the company’s mission and available training programmes/products

    • Preparing documents and equipment for training events
    • Organise and packing event materials prior to training events
    • Attending and assisting at company events when required (can include weekends)
    • Answering phones and handling customer queries and requests
    • Input customer and event information onto CRM system
    • Maintain a clean and tidy event room area
    • Assist Accounts Assistant with inputing invoices and petty cash
    • Franking and handling all out going post
    • Ordering office stationery and other supplies
    • Providing administrative support to other departments if required
    • Giving feedback on office efficiency and suggesting possible improvements
