    We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity working for a retailer in their very successful office located in Plymouth. The role is a temporary Administrative position with the opportunity of becoming a permanent member of our client’s team. The position’s working hours is full time, Monday to Friday, 38.5 hours per week with an hour’s lunch and a very good benefits package when taken on permanently.

    The successful candidate will have:• Previous Strong administration experience (retail administration preferred)
    • Good knowledge on Microsoft Office including Excel
    • Comfortable with speaking to clients and suppliers over the phone
    • Organised with a good attention to detail
    • A strong team player.

    Your day to day role will include:
    • Data Entry
    • Contacting Suppliers
    • Stock Reports
    • Administration
    • Dealing with Queries
    • Invoice and Accounts Paperwork
    • Credit Notes
    • Reporting to Team Leaders
    • Dealing with internal and External Contacts

    Hourly rate and salary will be dependent on experience and department with the company.
