    Mego employment are proud to be working alongside Bristol Airport.

    We are currently recruiting for airport customer service agents who can demonstrate a professional and friendly experience to customers arriving and departing the airport.

    Being able to build rapport and direct passengers in a timely manner will be key in ensuring that timescales are being met.

    Role description: –

    • Customer facing and controlling queues at check points.
    • Assisting at the point where passengers sort, bag or dispose of liquids before proceeding to the next check point
    • Controlling queues for divesting where passengers place items in trays to go through the scanning machines and managing the flow of footfall in a timely manner
    • Checking boarding cards and identity documents

    Role requirements: –


    • Able to provide 5 years of referencing, valid photo ID, details for DBS certificate and other documents for a full airside pass
    • Early start times – 3am, mainly 6-hour shifts, but some additional hours possible in related roles in the same area
    • Willing to work at least 2 weekends per month
