    we are recruiting for an exciting opportunity working for a retailer in their very successful office located in Plymouth. The role is a temporary Administrative position with the opportunity of becoming a permanent member of our client’s team.

    The successful candidate will have previous administration experience in any sector, good knowledge on Microsoft Office including Excel, conformable with speaking to clients and suppliers over the phone, organised with a good attention to detail and a strong team player.

    Your day to day role will include:

    • Data Entry
    • Contacting Suppliers
    • Stock Reports
    • Ad Hoc Administration
    • Dealing with Queries
    • Invoice and Accounts Paperwork
    • Credit Notes
    • Reporting to Team Leaders
    • Dealing with internal and External Contacts
