Location: Arbow Garage, Totnes
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

The Role
We are looking for a motivated and skilled MOT Tester / Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Carry out servicing and maintenance across a wide range of vehicles.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults.
- Ensure all work meets safety, compliance, and quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team in a busy workshop.
About You
- Qualified Vehicle Technician with a recognised industry qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent).
- Level 3 qualification preferred, but Level 2 will be considered.
- Previous experience as an MOT Tester / Vehicle Technician / Mechanic.
- Confident in using diagnostic software and modern workshop technology.
- Organised, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently at pace.
- A proactive team player with strong problem-solving skills.
