Customer Service Host – Bristol Airport
We are seeking a friendly, efficient, and customer-focused individual to join partners of Bristol Airport as a Customer Service Host. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our passengers, ensuring their journey through the airport is smooth and enjoyable. This position requires excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome passengers, providing a warm and friendly first impression.
- Assist passengers with check-in procedures, luggage handling, and boarding processes.
- Handle and resolve passenger complaints or issues in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as security and ground handling, to ensure efficient operations and timely departures.
- Assist passengers with special needs or disabilities, offering personalized support and ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Provide guidance and directions to passengers regarding airport facilities, amenities, and nearby attractions.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment, including passenger areas and service counters.
- Stay updated on airline policies, industry regulations, and airport procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date information to passengers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, or hospitality industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive and customer-oriented attitude, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license for more opportunities.
