We are seeking a dynamic and experienced bakery Manager to lead and inspire a team at our clients new shop in Milton Keynes location. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage day-to-day operations in a vibrant bakery environment, ensuring exceptional customer service and high-quality products. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the branch
- Lead, train, and motivate the team to provide excellent customer service
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Drive sales and meet targets by delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Monitor and improve store performance through KPIs and regular reporting
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and food quality
Requirements
- Proven experience in a retail or foodservice management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for customer service and hospitality
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
