We are currently seeking enthusiastic General Manufacturing Operators to join our clients dynamic team. As a General Manufacturing Operator, you’ll be working on a rotating 3-shift pattern (Earlies, Backs, and Nights) from Monday to Friday.
Hourly Rate:
You’ll start at £13.65 per hour, and once you’re trained and fully equipped with the necessary skills, your rate will increase to £14.49 per hour. Plus, if you’re eager to earn extra, there are increased rates for overtime work.
Job Requirements:
✔️ Fast learner, able to grasp new skills quickly
✔️ Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
✔️ Proficient in following written and verbal instructions and procedures accurately
✔️ Preferably, experience in a mechanical manufacturing environment with machine minding expertise
✔️ Reliable, accountable, and open to continuous professional development as well as educated to GCSE level
