Job Description: Amazing opportunity for a sales co-ordinator to join a large, family run, freight and logistics company based in Bristol You will be part of the team covering the south West region, you will work closely with our key accounts and operational departments as well as our external sales teams If you have the following experience then this role could be the one for you! Experience of working in Freight Forwarding, ideally Ocean services. Excellent computer skills - in particular Excel. Experience in making outward sales calls. Understating of KPI reporting. A minimum of GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English. Role includes but it not limited to the following: Sales phone calls to potential/current clients including cold calls. Generating quotes in support of the operational and sales teams. Liaising between sales and operational teams to support the completion of customer proposals and tenders. Quote follow up and reporting. Generating KPI reports for clients. Generating internal reports.
